If unit is used in a commercial/industrial environment the warranty is null and void.
All appliances are sold “as is” and are not warranted for fitness of purpose or merchantability except as specifically stated herein, and no warranty express or implied, extends to the appliances except as may be expressly stated in writing. Without limitation, National Appliance Liquidators LLC will not be liable for damages, whether direct or consequential, for injuries to persons or property damage to the appliance, its use or misuse by you, from improper installation or damages caused during installation, or damages or injuries from any other cause.
No warranties of any kind are made for ice maker units, notwithstanding other warranties which may be extended expressly to units containing them.
Washing machine hoses should be replaced prior to installation and are not replaced by National Appliance Liquidators. Those hoses which are sold are sold “as-is) and without warranty except as expressly stated in writing.
If a warranty is marked for the appliance, service is requested under the warranty, and the problem is the result of misuse or reasons other than the malfunction of the appliance, a minimum service charge of $45.00 will be assessed.
